A class action lawsuit has been filed against Millennium Products, Inc. for alleged wage and hour violations. The lawsuit includes claims for unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, business expense reimbursements, and related penalties under California law. Millennium denies any wrongdoing.

A proposed settlement has been reached, and if you worked as a non-exempt hourly employee at Millennium from September 12, 2009, to December 4, 2015, you may be entitled to a payment.
